Meditation for Stress Reduction
Join Scott Aronin for a wonderful workshop that will include a few short meditation practices along with discussion about how you can begin to integrate mindfulness practice into your overall health and fitness training.
Scott has been helping people become fitter, healthier and happier for more than two decades. His path of learning in health and wellness has included being a personal trainer, earning master's degrees from Colombia University in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, and becoming both Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Shinnyo meditation guide.
