Experience seated, standing and gently moving meditations in this workshop for mindfulness and well-being. Learn powerful, traditional moving meditations as well as ways to turn typical, everyday movements, such as walking, into deep experiences of mindfulness and relaxation. In addition, Scott will address movement quality and posture, giving you tips to move more freely, gracefully and with less chance of pain in daily life.
The movements will be gentle and can be easily individualized, so no particular fitness level is necessary. Any comfortable clothing would be suitable.
