A special Shinnyo based meditation workshop from The Shinnyo Center.
Experience seated, standing and gently moving meditations in this Motion & Awareness workshop for mindfulness and well-being. Expert exercise physiologist and Shinnyo meditation guide Scott Aronin will address movement quality and posture, giving you tips to move more freely, gracefully and with less chance of pain in daily life.
In addition, learn powerful, traditional moving meditations as well as ways to turn typical, everyday movements, such as walking, into deep experiences of mindfulness and relaxation.
The movements will be gentle and can be easily individualized, so no particular fitness level is necessary. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
