Buzzing
Back in June, our public plaza became the unexpected home for a swarm of bees. After a few days of buzzing excitement, one of our diligent sanitation workers, Randolph Seupersad - who happens to be a beekeeper in his spare time - safely relocated the swarm to his home.
Now, just a few months later, the nomadic bees have produced an impressive 100 pounds of honey! This week, Randolph brought the first jar back to our office, and we are thrilled to report that Garment District honey is as sweet as it gets.
