Off Hour Deliveries Program

Off Hour
Deliveries Program

The NYC Department of Transportation has officially opened applications for their Off-Hour Deliveries (OHD) Incentive Program.

OHD is an effort by NYC DOT to reimagine freight delivery by incentivizing business to retime their deliveries to off-hours between 7 pm and 6 am.  Participating businesses receive a one-time incentive reimbursement for eligible OHD-enabling expenses. The program is open to support businesses of all sizes. More information about the program is outlined in this OHD Fact Sheet.

The application deadline is September 30, 2024.  If you have any questions or need application materials, you can contact the OHD program coordinator, Alex Deus at alex.deus@arcadis.com.

**Benefits of shifting to off-hour deliveries as reported by current participants include more certainty with truck arrival times, reduced delivery costs, and fewer disruptions during business hours.  It is a great opportunity to increase efficient deliveries, reduce traffic, ease parking concerns, and provide an overall safer environment.
