The GDA has joined together with fellow Manhattan BIDs, law enforcement, and other small business leaders to form the "Manhattan Small Business Alliance." 

Yesterday, Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg announced the formation of this task force to address the rising rate of shoplifting that our borough's small businesses have experienced. 

The Alliance will first meet in February and expects to finalize its recommendations in May.
